JOB WELL DONE FOR SPEECHDAY!
really, i'm impressed.
the intonation problem was not ALOT.
i'm proud of you all.
1st clarinetist well done for high notes.
2nd and 3rd, well done for tonguing and holding notes, there's support!

plus, i would like to say that.
the symphonic episode 1 we played in the band room, was really awesome.
the tone was thumbs up! really.
and of course, i would like to commend the sec 2 and 3s playing!
not bad playing! really, at least you all didnt give up!
i'm glad, i'm proud seriously.
plus, we only had less than 3 sectionals on this piece so yup, AWESOME.
AWESOME that you all can play to this standard.
i was so touched that i almost cried ok!

of course, i hope you guys continue improving without the sec 4s around already.

i have a little message for all my little juniors (:

evon: little thumb, i'm really sorry that candice and i are leaving at the same moment ): leaving you alone in 1st clar with a sec 1.. but candice and i have TOTALLY NO WORRIES for you. cause we both know that you can do it! (: you're an awesome player with awesome pitch cause you're 99.9/100 always in tune or sharp +5 ,+10. therefore, i hope you, will continue to strive on and get better as time passes alright? (: jiayou evon!

emily: emily emily, though i'm not teaching you already since last year. but hey, any questions you can still ask me alright. even when i leave the band, still can ask me ok! cause i'm still in touch with music so yup i'd be glad to help! dont be disappointed when you cant play something, cause i know you're! i felt the same when i was in sec 1/2. but keep pressing on and dont give up, cause your determination will pay off as you grow in the band okay? :D jiayou emily!

yuhui: hey hey (: though i dont really talk to you in band, dont really interact with you. but i know that you're a player that doesnt give up easily. GOOD! continue to work hard alright. you were flat yesterday before the performance and i know you was disappointed but it's okay alright? dont worry and cheer up! ((: being a 3rd clarinetist is not easy because you have to support the entire clarinet section tgt with the bass clarinet. continue to train on your long notes okay, i know you can do it. jiayou yuhui!

xueting: the always so quiet xueting in front of me (: haha. hope you continue to strive hard in band ok! and yes, dont give up no matter what! do take good care of the section for the sec4s. we'll come back and visit you all if we can okay! yup, xueting. help me make sure that the section DONT SLACK! :D if not i come back and hit you all the pi gu. haha kidding (: xueting, JIAYOU OK!. next year syf, you can do it (: more confidence! jiayou xueting!

jiahui: my jiahui. the hardworking one since i took you when you were sec 1. (: continue to work hard ok, you're a great player. continue to support the section with your loud and strong sound. do help us take good care of the section alright. make sure they dont anyhow luan luan lai haha. and help us take good care of the new sec 1s! make sure the sec 1s dont turn bad ar! (: haha ok la dont stress you le (: jiayou ok jiahui! i know you can de, cause i'm the one who taught you :P haha kidding. :D jiayou, jiahui!

now, to all my sec 4s:
after next week, we've finished our duty with the band. of course, we should come back and help if we could la. but yup, i hope that all of us, will work hard and bring back good results and make the section, the band and of course, sir proud right? so come on sec 4s! let's work hard towards our Os!

this is to my dear candice:
i know handling this bunch of quiet and sometimes crazy monkeys are difficult. but well done, really. the section improved. and i'm glad. it's not easy leading and i know that. but you did it! but there's something that you still OWE ME.
